Return Policy

At BEYOND, we take pride in the quality and care behind each piece. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—within the framework of the guidelines outlined below.




Return Guidelines

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on any swimwear items. This policy is in line with global best practices for intimate garments and is a measure taken to protect the integrity and cleanliness of each piece

  • Returned items must be in their original conditionunworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Items not meeting the above conditions will be ineligible for return and will be sent back to the customer without refund.

  • Rs. 150 reverse pickup fee will apply to all approved return requests.

  • For products damaged during transit, please reach out to us at order@shopbeyond.in within 48 hours of delivery. Customer care hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

  • We reserve the right to approve or decline return requests based on the above conditions.




Return Process

  1. Ensure your return request complies with our guidelines listed above.

  2. Initiate a return by emailing us at order@shopbeyond.in.

  3. Allow 2–3 business days for our team to schedule a reverse pickup. You’ll be notified with relevant pickup details in advance.

  4. Kindly ensure that the item is securely repacked in its original packaging and made available for pickup in a timely manner.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

    • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.





Reporting Transit-Damaged Items

If your order has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to care@shopbeyond.in. Our customer support hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Please note: Approval of such claims is at our sole discretion, and subject to inspection.




How to Initiate a Return

  1. Confirm your item meets all conditions listed under the Return Guidelines.

  2. Send a return request via email to order@shopbeyond.in with your order details.

  3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days, and you’ll receive advance communication regarding pickup scheduling.

  4. Kindly ensure the item is repacked in its original packaging and handed over to our logistics partner at the time of collection.

  5. Once received, our team will inspect the item:

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

    • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
